We are currently recruiting for a Curriculum Quality Lead to work under the Head of Curriculum to develop and support a culture of excellence within the School of Art & Design at East Sussex College Hastings. As part of a developmental vision for the department, the position will operate managerially to lead and strengthen teaching and learning, planning, curriculum development and assessment.
The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised, have experience of teaching environment, be visionary and enthusiastic in developing opportunities for the department to forge community partnerships and source aspirational pathways for our students. The department specialises in delivering curriculum across UAL frameworks and excels in providing exceptional progression routes for our students amongst many prestigious universities such as Central St Martins, The Slade and the Royal College of Arts.
This is a great opportunity for Art & Design educationalists to be part of an excellent team in our inspirational, creative and resourced environment at East Sussex College Hastings.
