Call Centre Manager - Sussex

Location - Brighton & Hove

Red Flag Recruitment LTD are recruiting for a Call Centre Manager for a well established sales company in Brighton and Hove.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Director, managing a busy Sales team of over 50 staff.
  • Appraisals and performance meetings.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team.
  • Achieving set monthly call and sales targets.
  • Achieving set KPI’s for retention etc.
  • Creating revenue budget reports.
  • General ad-hoc duties for all departments.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to deliver budgeted revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM or similar Sales systems, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent reporting & administrative skills and previous experience within this area.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive from a challenge and have a can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be outgoing and enthusiastic with the drive and passion to succeed.

Starting salary:

  • Competitive Salary (£30 - £35K), and bonuses.
  • Product knowledge and experience.
  • Other employee benefits.
  • Business hours Monday-Friday.
