My Client is a well-known Main Contractor, with a Tier one reputation across the construction industry. They are looking for an ambitious and driven BIM manager to join their team to work In Crawley. Their second to none portfolio consists of projects that are unique to this contractor.

You will be responsible for providing site based, project focused BIM Management for our construction projects. Your responsibilities will cover various BIM Management elements for the life-cycle of a construction project, including work winning, the design phase, the construction phase, handover and soft landings.

Based on site you will report to the Project Manager, whilst working closely with the wider project team and trade sub-contractors. Having regular contact with the Head of BIM, the Regional BIM Manager and the BIM Centre for Excellence.

You will facilitate the integration of BIM in projects, strategy and culture in a manner which upholds the Visions and Values of the Company.
