Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) is looking to recruit dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurses (RNAs) who have a passion for delivering high quality care within a community setting.

If you are a newly qualified nurse preceptorship is offered and tailored to your needs, building your confidence, knowledge and skills within the community setting. As a Trust we are committed to everyone's professional development, offering a wide range of programmes and study opportunities designed to expand your knowledge and skills as well as facilitating opportunities for career development.

We are looking for ambitious and innovative Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our highly skilled Community Nursing and Therapy teams in Brighton and Hove localities. We need Registered Nurses who are committed to supporting and delivering the health and social needs of patients within our community.

As part of an integrated service you will have access to a variety of specialist services and disciplines which are essential to our care delivery. You will share responsibility for a caseload of patients supported by a Case Manager, and as part of the wider team benefiting from the varied skills and experience the Nursing and Therapy teams have to offer. You will be required to work autonomously but will have access to support where necessary to ensure quality care delivery.

This is an ideal opportunity for any Band 5 Registered Nurse who wants to develop their clinical knowledge and practice within the community.
