Recruitment Administrator

Do you want to work in a recruitment environment with administration tasks?

Recruitment Administrator, Salary £20,000-£22,000k Monday - Friday

Key roles for the job:

• Managing the day to day recruitment administration requirements including:
• Formatting CVs to agreed standards
• Reference requests
• Drawing up new contracts
• Managing incoming calls, assisting with enquiries wherever possible
• Invoicing - ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and paid in a timely manner
• Recruitment Database administration Interview bookings
• Collation of data for internal and HMRC reports

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent spelling and grammar
• Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel to an intermediate level
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to demonstrate an organised approach to managing multiple high-volume tasks

Desirable but not essential:

• Knowledge of or interest in IT.
