Job Details

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking self-motivated B2C Telesales Executives who have the ability to communicate well and value customer service to join our clients growing team based in Portslade, Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have a previous background within sales and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities of a B2C Telesales Executive:

  • Effectively sell insurance and warranty products services to new and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators, including outbound calls per day and follow up calls.
  • Handle all customer calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Ensure database information is accurate and complete.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm

Pay: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission and staff incentives/prizes for exceeding targets.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge of a B2C Telesales Executive:

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch and effectively close sales.
  • Ability to effectively work independently as well as with others.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Positive attitude.

Experience required:

  • 2+ years Customer Service and/or Telesales/Sales experience.
  • Working within a fast-paced environment.
