Job Details
Full-Time - 37 hours per week,
Based at our Broadwater and Shoreham Campuses
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, forward thinking individual with a track record of success across the Further Education sector to provide outstanding academic leadership and management to the Centre for Construction & Engineering, which includes Trowel Occupations, Electrical Installation, Carpentry and Joinery, and Mechanical and Electronic Engineering at our Broadwater Campus and at our Shoreham Campus, Aeronautical and Automotive Engineering.
You will be required to lead and manage the work of curriculum teams to ensure an exceptional student experience; ensuring teaching, learning and assessment is of a consistently high standard and that students achieve, succeed, progress and gain sustainable employment
You will also ensure continuous and measureable quality improvements, contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) within designated curriculum areas
You should be educated to degree level and also hold a full teaching qualification and it is essential that the post holder is specialised in at least one of the designated curriculum areas.
