Job Details

Customer Support Administrator

Salary: £19k - 21k DOE

Location: Worthing

Hours: Mon-Sat 9am-17.30 (5 days per week)

Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment where you can offer customers outstanding service within a family run and friendly organisation?

You will already have a strong background in sales administration and customer service with a strong work ethic and can effectively prioritise.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries by phone, email and correspondence
  • Deal with the customer journey from customer enquiry to the delivery of goods
  • Quoting customers over the phone and closing sales
  • Processing sales orders through the CRM system
  • liaising with the warehouse
  • Dealing with complaints through to resolution
  • Liaising with the sales reps
  • Dealing with supplier queries, checking stock and giving delivery updates
  • Updating the website

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Great communication skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Proven sales administration background and ideally have worked within a sales environment
  • Highly organised
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good sense of humour
