Job Details
Part-Time - 32 hours per week
Based at the Central Campus, Brighton
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to work in the Student Financial Services team to support the College in achieving the attendance, retention and achievement targets by efficiently administrating the student financial support processes and procedures.
You will be efficiently and accurately processing applications from initial enquires to final conclusion, including pre-assessments of eligibility, adhering to government guidelines and internal procedures.
You will need need excellent telephone and customer services skills, along with proven IT skills (especially database interrogation). You should also have a good standard of education to Level 2/3. Other attributes include strong and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team and a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience working within a further or higher education setting and IAG qualifications would be beneficial.
