Maintenance and Repair Administrator
£18,142 - £19,665 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a growing Aviation organisation based in Hassocks that offers its employees a company pension scheme, BUPA Healthcare (following successful probation period), 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), annual pay reviews and the opportunity to work for an ever growing family run company.

The Company:
This company is a leading dynamic and innovative specialist in the field of aircraft component support. Expert, dedicated and performance driven, they pride themselves on selecting the 'best' candidates for the job.

The Position:
To assist the MRO Team with administration of aircraft component repairs and support with both internal and external customer requirements.

Working hours are based on a 37.5 hour working week between the hours of 07:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities:

* Building relationships with suppliers and customers
* Ensuring deliveries are on time
* Processing quotes on the in-house database
* Raising orders on the database
*Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered at all time to customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Ensuring quotes and repairs orders are recorded correctly on the system
* Report on sales orders
* Ensuring the inbox is attended to and cleared on a daily basis
* Produce and present reports on orders, KPI's and performance
* Completing additional tasks for the team

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Happy to work flexible hours between 7.00am - 7.00pm
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and keen to succeed within a busy working environment
* Have experience within an administrative role
* Happy to work to KPI's with tight deadlines
* Ability to travel occasionally as and when required
