Senior Support Worker required for a children's home in Worthing providing care for young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.

It is an essential requirement of the role that applicants must have at least 6 months experience with children and young people with challenging behaviour in a similar role. It is also a requirement for successful applicants to hold a clean driving license.

We are looking for people with previous experience but what we really want is an outgoing attitude, dedication to making a difference and to share the company's commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.

This Senior Support Worker role will be 39 hours a week. This is a whole year role and you’ll be working on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts.
