14.8 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative Lecturer to support Higher Education across the College Group.

You will join our Higher Education team to support the development of the quality of teaching and learning as well as promoting and supporting scholarship activities throughout the Group.

Both your students and your peers will recognise you as an outstanding practitioner. We are looking for a highly motivated member of staff who is driven to achieve our vision of becoming Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) Gold. You will support the lesson observation process, co-ordinate licence to teach and development sessions across the Group to inspire and promote a culture of engagement in developmental opportunities. You will aspire to be at the forefront of the latest research and developments in teaching, learning and assessment and support others in their scholarship endeavours.
