Seeking talented Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our highly successful team. Owing to continued client demand, we are growing our Recruitment Team in our modern, recently refurbished offices in Horsham, West Sussex.

**** Salary: £30-40k Base + Commission on ALL Billings with NO thresholds! ****

About You:

It is likely that you will have worked in an agency/consultancy environment as a successful Recruitment Specialist and will have experience of successfully recruiting for a blue-chip client base. Above all, you must possess a maturity and credibility to deal with our blue-chip clients and show an ability and tenacity to develop new business and client relationships. You will be a tenacious and systematic individual, to develop and fulfil your clients’ needs and identify talented candidates that meet with their requirements.

For success in this role you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal business skills
  • A professional, systematic and detailed approach to your work
  • An ability to plan and engage in a sector specific recruitment strategy to develop a specific recruitment segment
  • Have experience of successfully recruiting for a blue-chip client base
  • Be Tenacious – you must be able to keep digging for information / leads
  • Be Organised – you must be able to plan a day/week/month and keep accurate records
  • Possess a friendly, open and supportive approach
  • The ability to work autonomously, supporting clients and candidates needs over the longer term, building exceptional long term relationships.
