CMM Programmer required for leading engineering company. Are you a CMM Programmer looking for an exciting new position?

* Duties:
Operate the CMM Machine with minimum supervision

* To complete component measurements in the most efficient manner and in-line with drawings, customer requirements and adherence to ISO measurement standards

* To produce measurement reports, providing analysis and recommendations for dimensional alterations to meet mean specification limits

* Write programmes from CAD data

Plan CMM work load in accordance with deadlines

* Inspect parts and develop specifications accordingly

* General Quality Assurance duties

This position would be well suited to a skilled CMM Programmer or experienced CMM Operator looking for an exciting role within a developing and successful engineering company,

* Experience of working within an engineering company as a CMM Operator and/or CMM Programmer

* Ability to read engineering and CAD drawings
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Willing to take on quality training and use when required

* Experienced with ISO measurement standards and practices

* Experience utilising quality tools and Advanced Product Quality Planning techniques

You will be a proactive and positive team member, have the ability to engage and work with others at all levels, and have the ability to organise and prioritise your working day in the interest of the business.
