Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing business as an IT Service Desk Apprentice from September to assist with a full range of tasks within a busy and friendly IT team. This is a unique opportunity to join an evolving department and gain work experience in the field of IT whilst working towards an accredited qualification (Level 2 IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professional Apprenticeship), in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class IT support experience to our users across multiple sites in the UK.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user IT support requests in a professional and efficient manner within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Provide customer focused 1st and some basic 2nd line support.
- Customer facing and remote take over and telephone-based support.
- Taking part in the on boarding and off boarding process.
- Documenting all IT tasks within the service desk tool or IT document library.
- Project work as and when required.
