Air Conditioning Sales & Contracts Engineer
A new Air Conditioning Sales & Contract/Project Engineer is needed to for our indepedent HVAC contractor
Location - Split between the office, visiting sites for surveys and attending client sites where projects are taking place across London, M25 & South East.
Overview - a new Air Conditioning Sales Engineer with Contract & Project experience is needed for an established HVAC business based in Sussex.
The main objective will be to secure & develope new leads and take these along with any existing enquiries, to establishing the air con needs, providing a solution (through selection & design, with some in-house assistance), secure agreement on the project and then run this from start through to completion, ensuing the end result is to a high standard, on time & on budget.
Key Duties -
Managing several Air Conditioning & HVAC projects to high end clients
Site surveys to identify cooling requirements for customers
Select & provide a solution based on needs
Produce an complete project tender (with in-house help where need)
Site visits to monitor progress & standards of work
Organising all sub-contractors
Planning deliver of materials & equipment necessary
Regular client meetings
All associate project paperwork –
Health & Safety, Permits to work RAMS, O&M's, etc
Collating all O&M's from separate departments ready for finished
Background -
The Contract Engineer / Proejct Engineer will be expected to have a degress of technical experience or background in a wide range of air conditioning systems (single, twin, multi splits, vrv & vrf) along with HVAC – AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Heating plant.
Sales & Project
Contract Engineers must have good communication skills (written & oral), be able to work within a team environment & also lead others and be happy to work at sites around London & South East.& Contracts/Projects
Salary - Negotiable on experience (Circa £50K - £60k), with company car & package
