Red Flag Recruitment are looking for highly motivated and client focused individuals to join our client’s team based in Brighton, Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the field sales sector as well as strong communication skills.

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will identify partner organisations, community events and high footfall locations where you can engage customers and front-line workers in delivering energy efficiency advice.

You will need your own transport as you will be covering locations including the Brighton, Kent and Surrey area.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (37 hours a week)

Pay: £9.00-£10.00/hr + mileage contributions

Key Responsibilities: Client-Facing

·Lead client engagement – serve as the primary client contact

·Ensure client satisfaction – set and manage client expectations, communicate regularly and deliver consistently

·Deliver business impact and value – develop an understanding of overall client business and its consumers

What you will bring:

·1-2+ years of client-facing/consulting experience

·Track record of increasing responsibility and of achieving results

·Positive interpersonal skills and strong executive presence
