An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a new Ward Manager to an established Intermediate Care Unit on the Don Baines ward.

You will be an experienced and driven Registered Nurse with a flexible approach to develop and monitor high quality services to our patients. You will need to demonstrate good communication skills, be enthusiastic and have proven interpersonal skills. In return you will receive a comprehensive induction, be supported through supervision and will be encouraged to seek and maintain your professional development. You will be part of a forward-thinking and innovative NHS Trust.
