An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for work in Crawley.

Responsive Services is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist, to work in our Crawley team to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate would be part of a dynamic multi-professional team, working to support patients in their homes

As a Occupational therapist you will Join our Multidisciplinary Team which consists of an Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, assistant therapy practitioners and Health care assistants Working collaboratively with our acute Trust and other community services, including third sector organisations, we aim to improve the patient journey and pathways of care and deliver short term intervention, care and support in the community.

Responsive Services delivers the 'right care at the right time in the right place' playing a key role in supporting patients discharged from hospital and community beds and support the patient to stay at home and prevent avoidable admission to hospital.

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust offer excellent learning and development opportunities for all staff, regular supervision and appraisal and a commitment to support employees in developing their career within the organisation.

You will need a UK driving license and use of a car for business purposes.

The post holder will also be responsible for staff management including appraisal, supervision and staff development, clinical governance and innovative change.
