Accounts Assistant

Full Time: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30

Hove Area

Salary negotiable

We have a vacancy in our property management accounts department for a competent individual with accounts experience  

Core duties include but not limited to:

- Daily banking processing

- Maintain up-to-date computer records

- Bank reconciliations

- Responding to emails

- Preparation of service charge/ground rent demands, sales invoices and rent statements

- Petty cash reconciliation

- Preparation of year end service charge packs

Sense of humour and good computer literacy required

Use of Xero, Vebra and Resident software (training provided)
