Our client is a market-leading multi-category manufacturer of products sold across Europe to the construction industry and built environment. Mid-way through a period of rapid growth they now need to recruit an experienced Channel Manager to take control and ownership of the marketing relationships and processes involved in distributing via multiple partners across the UK and the continent.

You must be a commercial leader of five years+ sales & marketing experience with a demonstrable track record of working with international teams and distribution channel across multi-site operations. You must also have experience of managing partnership plans from ideas, to implementation, to activity tracking modules.

Other essential requirements include:

* French, German (or both) language.

* An understanding of modern communication methods – particularly SEO.

* An energetic proactive approach that can handle a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with out the structure of a large corporate.

Experience in construction related products - or electro-mechanical products - sold internationally in a B2B context is strongly beneficial.

Package: £60k with car allowance.

Location: Sussex with some international travel
