A Scrum Master is required by a growing software company based in Brighton. Due to substantial growth the company are looking to hire a Scrum Master to work as part of an agile development team.

The Scrum Master will be required to lead a team and will be responsible for ensuring scrum processes are monitored and team efficiency levels are high.

Essential experience;

* Scrum Master experience within a software development team

* Agile

* Experience of documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional scrum approach gaps

* User stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing etc

Any of the following would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite;

* Scum Master certification

* ASP.Net, C#
