Driver Hire Portsmouth have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Class 1 HGV/night shunter driver to join a well-established company.
For this position, we will require responsible, hardworking and reliable Class 1 HGV drivers with up to date driver card, CPC and 2 years Class 1 (CE) experience.
Our client requires a night shunting driver to ensure there are no delays/risks to their level of service for the day drivers.
The night shunting:
(Approx. hours 9.00pm – 9.00am) This will a be a 4 day on and 4 day off position, 10 - 12-hour nights.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company where they look after their Driver’s. They will take the right individuals on in a permanent position as they are increasing their fleet rapidly, in a phased organised approach.
Experience:
* 2 years Class 1 (Preferred) Class 1 driving licence, C+E. 1 year’s+ experience
* Be able to work as a team
* Can do attitude
* Customer service – providing an excellent service
* Strong work ethic
