We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant, as part of a job share, to provide professional support for two co-located central departments - the Evaluation and Policy Department and the Planning and Performance Department. 

This role is pivotal in supporting two small, high performing and busy teams and will work with colleagues both within the departments and across the institution on a wide variety of tasks and projects, ensuring both departments can function effectively and efficiently.

The post holder, in partnership with the job share colleague, will undertake the day-to-day administration of the office, as well as providing operational support for both Heads of Department and the wider teams, including undertaking all financial processing.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to take the initiative are essential for this interesting and varied role.

This role is part-time (14.5 hours per week), on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
