Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Telesales Agents to join a new and exciting company based in Brighton, Sussex.
We are looking for highly motivated and target driven individuals, sincerely passionate about providing customers with the best customer service and experience.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10.00am-6.00pm
Salary: £8.25/hr - Basic £15,000, rising to £17,000 after short probation period + Uncapped commission and incentives/prizes.
The role as a Telesales Agent will involve;
- Placing outbound sales calls to new and existing customers regarding RTA claims and insurance and warranty services.
- Display a friendly and positive attitude, great patience and empathy to build instant rapport with customers in order to gain confidence.
- Answer incoming calls regarding customer issues and provide help and advice.
- Updating customer database.
- Follow up with customers regarding any issues.
- Close sales
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
- Call Center/Telephone experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Proven track record of success consistently closing business
