They are looking for 2 experienced 3rd Line Support Engineers to work closely with the team assisting with their investigations, resolving 3rd line issues within their products, maintaining a neat codebase with many live customers and active devices, implementing fixes and escalating these to the developers where necessary.

The successful applicant will ideally have the following experience:

* Visual Studio 2017 experience

* Knowledge of C#

* Strong knowledge of SQL, SQL Server

* Experience in providing 3rd Line Software Support to internal customers

* Confident working with version control systems

* Ability to pick up code and investigate problems independently

* SSRS Reports & Crystal reports

* NET

* Webforms

* MVC
