Call Centre Manager
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Call Centre Manager to work in Brighton for an immediate start.
Experience within the same role is essential.
Main duties:
·Managing a team of 50 people +
·Making sure the team are reaching their targets
·Providing and organising training
·Assisting with handling calls when needed
·Managing employee time and process payroll
Minimum qualifications:
·Proven ability to train, coach and motivate for performance and drive customer satisfaction
·Strong time management and organisational skills
·Able to prioritise important tasks
·Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Monday to Friday
£30k-£35k
