Due to continuing levels of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly respected and very successful Carpentry and Joinery Contractor.

Our client are experts in the manufacture and installation of high-end interiors for main contractors operating in both the commercial and residential sectors for well-known brands and celebrity status individuals. 

With a highly skilled design team and joinery experts they have the ability to take complete ownership of a project from the design to completion stage which sets them apart from the competition and keeps their services in high demand.

Requires a robust individual who has a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience with a background in carpentry and joinery, and has the ability to manage multiple projects ranging in value from £50k to £600k located within a 50 mile radius from their offices based near Leatherhead in Surrey.

You will clearly be able to demonstrate the ability to:

• Understand complex installation processes
• Manage and motivate employees
• Ensure that all contracts are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Develop relationships with clients
• Ensure that all matters relating to health & safety are addressed
• Ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner, and in compliance with all current legislation and regulations

• Conversant with risk assessment techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of building construction, including building regulations and guidance notes.
• Good level of IT skill to include, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
  

Base salary guide -

• £52k - £57k depending on experience, plus travel expenses, profit related bonus, and excellent pension scheme.
