SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Chichester

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. Plus Bonus

We have this fantastic opportunity to work for a high-end brand in the heart of Chichester, you will be a Marine enthusiast with an interest in the yachting / boating sector who would love to become part of the growing sales team. The role will be working in the retail side of the client base where you will " hop onboard" to custom quotations for existing customers and answer queries from prospecting customers via the company web site and recommendations as well as repeat business.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with the current client base

Respond to inbound enquiries (via phone and website)

Attend customer and prospect visits, including measuring up and design consultation

Provide quotations to meet customers' requirements

Actively following up quotations and successfully converting them to orders

Seek new business and proactively foster any new business potential

Maximise sales opportunities across marine and non-marine

Provide exceptional customer service

Attend events / exhibitions to market the company

Skills and Experience

Customer service experience

Marine Experience

Self-motivated to thrive in a fast paced, target driven company and close-knit team

Flexible and adaptable as required to support the overall company aims

Enthusiastic

Marine Knowledge

Punctual and reliable

Exceptional customer service skills

Able to market products to a range of clients

Physically able to work outdoors or on the water in the yachting / boating environment

A confident communicator

Knowledge of the marine industry

Full driving license
