Deputy Manager - Chichester - £25,000 to £27,000 per annum - Permanent role - Full Time

The company you will be working for a care home that provides palliative care and respite care. The home has a maximum of 20 service users that are adults over 65 years of age. The care home you will be working for has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Their CQC rating for this care home was Good overall, achieving an Outstanding in 'Caring'. This is because your new company strive to give a high quality of care to the service users.
Your new role
Your new role will be to assist the home manager with day to day running of the home. You will have to cover for the home manager in their absence. Part of your role will involve promoting strong and effective team work with all members of the staff at the home. You will have to ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care. In your new role you will be working 40 hours a week, working evenings, nights and weekends where required. You will take on call responsibilities for a minimum of two weeks out of the four.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience as a Deputy Manager (or a similar role) with at least a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You will have to be computer literate, demonstrate strong leadership skills and be self-motivating.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid £25,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experiences. You will receive bespoke training allowing you to progress and further your career.
