Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced registered manager for a large elderly EMI residential home in Crawley, West Sussex. This home provides care to elderly frail/ dementia residents in a purpose built environment as well as providing care to those with a physical disability and or sensory impairments.

About the Role

As the registered manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the service, ensuring high standards are met throughout the home and the companies' values are adhered to. There are areas where the home needs improvements making so we are seeking a strong home manager with experience in working with CQC to improve standards. Ideally we are keen to speak with home managers with previous turnaround experience.

• CQC Registered
• Ensuring high standards of care
• Managing budgets and finance
• Recruitment and retention of staff
• Improving CQC rating

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Current CQC Registered Manager with a Good Rating in all areas
• Experience of managing large services (50 beds+) this is ESSENTIAL
• Troubleshooting/ turnaround experience
• Must have a background in managing elderly care homes
• A very strong leader
• Ideally a management qualification in healthcare

A very attractive salary on offer for this role up to £65,000 per annum plus lots of company benefits.
