Job Duties

The Performance Reporting Manager (PRM), LGRI, will manage and maintain all Performance reporting forecasts and plans to effectively manage and report on the IT & Transformation (IT&T) function. The PRM will manage the performance reporting processes, creation of forecasts and scenario planning and analysis across the IT&T organisation. The PRM will participate in evolving methodologies, processes, tools and techniques to drive maximum value in the delivery of effective performance reporting across IT&T. 

Principal Accountabilities: 

1. Development and production of regular and ad-hoc Performance reports across IT&T ensuring sufficient frequency, granularity, accuracy and insight to actively facilitate appropriate management decision making 

2. Manage and maintain the performance dashboards and metrics, their timely completion, validation, submission, tracking and reporting in line with expected timescales 

3. The PRM will participate in delivering evolving methodologies, processes, tools and techniques to drive maximum value in the delivery of effective performance reporting 

4. To take the lead in all matters with regard to the management of employees, ensuring that management discretion is used in a consistent manner and that the area follows the Group’s policies and procedures including the Partnership Agreement to maximise business performance. 

5. Identify and prioritise complex operational problems and opportunities where analysis and insight could improve business performance. 

6.. Accountable for defining action plans, where insight shows merging patterns, to influence the leadership team and drive improved business performance 

7. Ensure the team track agreed improvement actions to completion, using data to assess whether the actions taken have resulted in performance improvement 

8. Ensure that the principles of Conduct Risk are embedded into your day to day operations  

to deliver good customer outcomes at all times. Ensure that all business processes and  

internal controls within your role are designed and performed in a way that delivers good  

customer outcomes and demonstrates effective management of Conduct Risk 

Skills Require

  • Degree and/or MBA educated- desirable but not essential or suitable comparable/demonstrable role experience and capability 
  • Prince2, Project management and Agile qualifications - desirable but not essential 
  • PROSCI/Adkar Lean & Six Sigma & change qualifications  - desirable but not essential 
  • Regulated Industry background with Technology appreciation and awareness preferred 
  • Performance planning and forecasting experience with track record of effective management & reporting  
  • Experience of delivering effective performance plans and dashboards across complex geographical / functional matrix organizations.  
  • Proven track record of supporting the preparation of performance delivery results across delivery of large, complex, change and technology initiatives 
  • Track record of building effective relationships to ensure approved agreed delivery plans 
  • Proven background in adapting to trends and openness to new ideas 
  • Ensuring Performance reporting confidence across all levels with technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work independently focusing on priorities, and managing a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions 
  • Develop, get buy-in and deliver approaches across the organisation and wider division and track record of building effective relationships  
  • Effective at making good decisions and delivering great outcomes in in line with IT&T strategy  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various internal and external businesses and support functions and a collaborative worker who freely shares their knowledge and experience
