Due to continued growth this well-established business is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Consultant. The main function of the HR Consultant will to be to work as a business partner to deliver commercially focused, practical HR solutions to a number of customers/ the senior management team.

The successful candidate will have in depth experience of providing complex HR, Organisational Development and employment law advice within the UK combined with experience at a Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner/ HR Manager level.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive operational HR support to designated business areas; working with managers and employees to provide people management and development advice, legal direction, challenge and support.
  • Provide specialist advice and instruction to managers who are leading the resolution of ER cases and day to day case management, working with managers to identify team and individual capability levels and gaps within teams that affect performance
  • Maintaining and updating the employee handbook and provision of Operational and Strategic HR services to the business.
  • To build relationships and visit sites in order to determine their current HR risks and liabilities. To support the senior management team to proactively manage their function on a day to day basis
  • To update and implement HR processes and statutory requirements including but not limited to Grievances, Disciplinary matters, TUPE and Redundancy.
  • To work with -other members of the HR team to produce reports as required.

This role would suit a Senior HR Advisor, HRBP or HR Manager with ER experience in a complex organisation, change management, strong employment law knowledge, used to coaching, advising and guiding managers and you must be CIPD Level 7/Chartered Qualified.
