Group Manager of Higher Education and Apprenticeships
£42,498 - £46,444 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Chichester College Group is recruiting a motivated and innovative leader to manage and develop the growth and quality of its Higher Education and Apprenticeship provision.
You will have a proven track record of teaching on Higher Education and/or Apprenticeships to lead day-to-day operations of the Group Higher Education and Apprenticeship provision, enabling curriculum growth, raising the quality of the learning experience alongside learner and employer satisfaction rates.
You will manage the expectations of the ESFA funding guidelines and Ofsted with adherence to any regulatory requirements. You will also manage and submit documentation to meet the expectations of the Office for Students (OFS) Regulatory Framework and its associated bodies (QAA and HESA).
You will have a recognised teaching qualification, honours degree in a chosen field and experience of management.
