TeamSport Indoor Karting creates a unique and exciting experience for everyone. Our busy track in Crawley is recruiting a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to work on the track with plenty of enthusiasm and fun.

About the Opportunity

You're the friendly face of our brand, the person our drivers will look to for support.

Customer Service Track Assistant roles can include anything from checking the karts comply to our strict health and safety guidelines at the beginning of a shift, test driving karts for our mechanics, helping customers into karts and with their race suits and helmets, checking the grid before the start of a race and also being on hand to ‘marshal’ the events themselves. Waving the flags to keep our customers safe and helping those that spin off back into the action. In return we offer a fun and unique place to work, great bonuses, training and career progression.

About You

You'll need energy and a positive outlook to be at your best while on your feet all day. We look for 6 months' experience in a customer service environment. You will be flexible in the hours you work to help give our customers the best experience we can. Shifts are from Monday - Sunday on a 4 hour contract. More hours are available depending on the needs of the track at the time. Hourly rate is based on age and experience.

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
