Software Support Specialist, Brighton, East Sussex

Software Support / Application Support at 2nd Line level required to join a well established Software Support Team for a client based in Central Brighton. This is a role within an organization that is experiencing an exciting period of extended growth so you will be given the opportunity to grow within the role and evolve with the environment.

Previous software support experience is required, however, the product range is bespoke so experience with SQL is very much desirable.

Experience and skill set required:
- Experience of working within support and service management.
- Experience of working with customers in direct communication.
- Previous experience of working at 2nd Line Level.
- An understanding of SQL.
