Sale Academy - fresh into sales?

Due to expansion, my client in Shoreham is recruiting in their telesales team.
This business has grown dramatically over the last few years and has built brand new offices they have room to expand. Due to their high number of different products they have created a sales academy for candidates that wish to progress quickly through the business.

Everyone starts on the business development team where you are expected to cold call businesses and generate leads. What this enables you to do, is understand gradually all the products and then there is the opportunity for progression to Account Management, and eventually Field Sales.

They reward hard work with excellent incentives (recently a trip to Vegas!) as well as staff parties and awards. It is a fantastic time to join as they are currently focusing on improving all processes within the business as well as introducing new benefits and training.

Key duties:
* Cold and warm B2B outbound calling
* Booking appointments for the Field Sales Team
* Selling a variety of products and services
* Providing excellent customer service and representing the company brand positively
* Providing quotes

The right person will:
* Be educated to at least an A-level standard
* Have previous sales experience - although this is not essential
* Have excellent customer service skills along with a professional telephone manner
* Be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft
* Drive, or be learning to drive

You do not have to have a sales background but want to progress within the sales sector.
