Red Flag Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company based in Brighton offering great earning capacity, company culture and genuine career progression.

As an Outbound Call Center Sales Adviser, success in this role will rely on your ability to build rapport & relate to a wide range of customers. 

You will need to have exceptional sales skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.

The role of an Outbound Call Center Sales Adviser:

  • Provide exceptional customer service on all outbound sales calls.
  • Deliver customised solutions to customers.
  • Work on a number of different campaigns including insurance and warranty packages and RTA (Road Traffic Accident) Claims.

  • Monday – Friday (10.00am – 6.00pm) 
  • Salary of £15,000-£18,000 depending on experience + Uncapped commission

Requirements of an Outbound Call Center Sales Adviser:

  • Must have strong sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, showing enthusiasm for products & services
  • Customer service focused with outstanding communication skills is essential
  • Exceptional capacity for building rapport with a range of consumers
  • High attention to detail & ability to multi task
  • Excellent written & computer literacy skills
  • Must have a proactive work ethic
