CHEF MANAGER - CONTRACT CATERING - FANTASTIC CAREER PROSPECT

Are you a chef manager passionate about fresh, nutritious food? Are you looking for a career development out of the ordinary hospitality establishment? Search Hospitality is looking for an exceptional chef manager to manage and lead the kitchen team forward while overseeing 3 outlets. The perfect chef manager for this role will have a strong drive to succeed, innovation at heart and an innate passion for delicious food. You won't have necessarily a background in contract catering; in fact, we are searching for a fresh pair of eyes to bring a different take and ideas to the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Managing all aspects of the kitchen
- Strong financial acumen
- Training and development of junior members of staff
- Menu design
- Cost control and labour budgeting
- Health and Safety legislation
- Overseeing the other 2 outlets (a café and a visitor centre)
