Job Details

Chailey Heritage Foundation are seeking two HR Administrators on a full time permanent basis.

 

The HR Administrator role provides support to the HR team in delivering an effective and comprehensive HR service to CHF. The role is an integral part of the HR team and provides support, administrative delivery and guidance, where required, to line managers, employees and workers. Often the first point of contact for general HR queries, the HR Administrator is responsible for administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.

We are set in a beautiful location in North Chailey, East Sussex close to Haywards Heath and Lewes.

 

As HR Administrator you will be required to:

 

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries by telephone and email Sorting post coming in to the office Managing the HR email inbox to ensure timely responses are provided Updating the HR system to include inputting new starters and leavers Monitoring annual leave data Supporting with Learning & Development administration Assisting the HR Advisors with the recruitment of staff/volunteers across the Foundation  The ideal HR Administrator will have solid administration experience ideally within a HR environment and will be organised, motivated with a positive attitude.
