Bright, bubbly individual required to join close knit friendly team on outskirts of Burgess Hill, as their Customer Service Administrator, £16-18k doe. Due to their rural location a car driver/owner is essential.

Duties include: - Telephone enquiries: first point of call for enquiries including processing telephone orders, advising on product purchases, courier queries, delivery timings and charges. - Email enquiries: providing information on products and delivery services, updating customers on lead times, responding to customers regarding damaged items, refunds or replacements and managing customer complaints. - Supporting the Customer Service Team on all other duties such as: dealing with stock, customer returns and replacements, website amendments.
This is an entry level role that requires a minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and work at speed.
Salary is £16000-£18000 doe, working 9-5.30pm Monday-Friday, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension and discount off products.
