Assistant Town Planner

An expanding Planning, Landscape and Environmental Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Town Planner to join their newly opened Lewes office. The Assistant Town Planner will join a close-knit team and work on Residential and Education schemes.

This is a great opportunity for a Town Planner who has just completed an RTPI accredited degree or a Town Planner with up to 2 years' experience looking for more tailored support and more of an input into the planning process.

The Assistant Town Planner will work alongside the Director of Planning and :

Review and monitor planning documents
Prepare Neighbourhood Plans
Understand and Implement authorities' needs and requirements
Promote sites through the Neighbourhood Plan and Local Plan processes.The Person

The successful Assistant Town Planner will have:

An RTPI accredited degree
Strong IT skills
GIS software experience (Desirable)
Driving LicenseIn return

The Assistant Town Planner will benefit from:
