A well-established Managed Service Provider based in Eastbourne is looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team ASAP due to expansion. They are looking for an engineer who is technically solid with the networking setups and has experience using the latest Windows technologies including Office365 and Server 2016.
This business requires a confident individual to provide technical support to their clients. It is an exciting time to join this company who are expanding year upon year, hence the need for extra support staff.
Your duties will be split between general day-to-day remote support, alongside ample opportunity to get out and meet with their clients face-to-face. This will be a busy, fast paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there.

** Windows Server 2012/16
** Basic Network knowledge
** Citrix
** Office 365
** Windows XP - 10
** Hyper-V / VMware platform support

Desirable skills:
** Storage solutions
** Moodle
** 2-years managed service experience
** Cloud hosting solutions
