Alexander Lloyd are pleased to working on an exciting opportunity with a public sector organisation based in West Sussex who are actively seeking an HR Officer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to be forward thinking when making HR business decisions as well as having a strong understanding of HR policies.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Full recruitment life cycle processes including liaising with manager to assess recruitment needs within the business.
• Support senior HR management on all HR related matters which may also involve operational duties.
• Maintain the inputting of data onto the HR systems and run regular reports as and when required.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of HR policies and procedures and ensure these are kept up to date.
• Undertake generalist ad hoc duties including payroll matters.

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum Level 5 CIPD Qualified
• Previous experience of working with ER cases
• Current knowledge and understanding of employment legislation's.
• Strong IT skills including HR related systems.
• High attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills.
