The Role:

• Based in the office dealing with all incoming enquiries
• Managing day to day construction projects
• Dealing with estimating, designs and engineering drawings
• Calculating temperature and air flow rates
• Juggling multiple projects and producing all documentation
• Working on projects worth around £1m

The Person

• Must come from the HVAC background
• Engineering or Technical Qualification
• Previously worked as Applications, Design, Estimator or Project Engineer
• Commutable to Gatwick and surrounding areas
• Attention to detail is key
