An exceptional opportunity for a talented Estimator has arisen to aid a successful commercial team within a leading Main Contractor. With an overflowing order book for 2019, you will be pivotal in driving the expansion of said companies operations to excess £60M.

From day one you will be building strong rapport with the Commercial Director and Senior Estimator, pricing a number of tenders across Sussex and Kent, as well as ensuring the commercial team are delivering the highest quality output in a seamless, efficient manner.

Key responsibilities for the Estimator will include:

• Arranging site inspections
• Providing accurate budgets and cost plans
• Providing details take-offs and BQs using Conquest
• Obtaining competitive prices for materials and sub contracting packages
• Meeting with the client, discussing their requirements for pre-tender meetings
• Participating in post-tender meetings with the client

As their Estimator, you will need knowledge of building, material components and building regulations, along with good organisations skills and attention to details.
