Sous Chef - Salary up to £ 32,000

We are looking to recruit a charismatic and creative Sous Chef for a fantastic New opening in Brighton. The Sous chef will be able to work to high volume with fresh food. This restaurant is part of a big group, well known for their contemporary touch and excellent standards. The company is based on a contemporary & trendy dining concept, offering one of the best dining experiences in the area.

We are looking for a confident person, capable to deal with high volume and pressure maintaining the team calm and focused and organising smoothly the service.

The ideal candidate will be experienced within the role for at least 2 years supervising big brigade.

The Sous Chef will:

·work alongside the Head Chef creating menus and special dishes

·train the team under the health and safety regulation

·be a leader and a team player, organisation is an essential skill for the position

·be passionate and ambitious

·be looking for a long-time partnership
