We don't do ordinary we look for extra-ordinary. Come and join Virgin Holidays award – winning customer centre as a personal holiday Advisor in our Florida, USA or Caribbean teams to add your own magic to our customers’ experience. You will be a proud brand ambassador, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers and using your enthusiasm and knowledge for all of our products to tailor each holiday to our customer’s needs whilst delivering fantastic customer service. Everything that we do always starts with our customers and we truly believe in going out of our way to delight and surprise.

Your passion in delivering the best will ensure success and satisfaction in offering our customers irresistible, effortless and memorable experiences, providing advice and guidance to help them find the right product that best suits their needs. Maximising revenue at every opportunity will naturally flow - we listen to our customers and their needs so no hard sales required. Deeply motivated by customer care and a genuine interest in travel we look to our dedicated team to make friends with our customers, letting their personality shine through in order to make outstanding connections. We challenge the norm and empower you to be you, no scripts for us. Our people are naturally gifted in engagement.

About you

• Prepared to work between the hours of 9am and 9pm, between Monday and Sunday (please give consideration to shifts before applying as you will be working a mixture of days, evening and weekend shifts)

•Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

• A natural communicator – adapting your style to each customer

• IT confident and competent

• Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish

• Knowledgeable and passionate about the travel industry – first-hand experience of either travelling to our destination’s or selling long haul products would be desirable.

• Tenacious and creative in achieving and exceeding your monthly sales and service targets
