A local family run business, with a fantastic reputation for providing social care to adults with learning disabilities are looking for a Support Worker to join their expanding company within their service based in Pulborough, West Sussex. The organisation have services spanning across East and West Sussex with a mixture of Supported Living and Residential Services.

As a Support Worker your duties will include supporting and assisting the service users in all aspects of their daily lives. You will be ensuring they receive a good standard of physical, emotional and social care. You will be supporting 3 adults aged 60 and over who have; learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, mental health and sensory impairment. Each person receives one to one support.

As the perfect candidate for this role you will have:
--Previous experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilties or strong experience of working with the elderly.
--Previous experience within supported living or residential services.

With this fantastic job opportunity, you can expect to earn Up to £9 per hour. You will also receive £68 per sleep in shift. On top of this, any over time is paid at £10 per hour. Other benefits include; Pension Scheme, Health Support, 28 Days Holiday and access to borrow the company caravan for holidays! You will find that promotion within the company is strongly encouraged. You will also get the opportunity to undertake Health and Social Care diploma`s up to NVQ Level 5.
