Area to be covered: South East

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + 15% bonus

Benefits: Audi / BMW / VW company car or £450 per month car allowance + phone, laptop, pension, death in service x3

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Ventilation Ductwork will involve:

·Field sales position selling a high quality range of ventilation ductwork systems such as attenuators, roof terminals, wall terminals, air tight units, duct seals, ventilation ducts

·75% of your time will be spent generating specifications via architects, local authorities, M&E consultants / engineers and housebuilders

·The remaining 25% of your time will be spent stimulating demand / selling via roofing contractors, main contractor, sub-contractors, roofing merchants, builder merchants, national & independent merchants

·100% of your time will be spent generating new business relationships, via architects, local authorities, M&E consultants / engineers and housebuilders

·Will be required to conduct CPD seminars

·Daily activity of company CRM system is essential

·Will be required to set pricing structures, rebates and discount levels

The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager – Ventilation Ductwork with:

·Must have construction field sales experience selling a technical related HVAC products such as attenuators, roof terminals, wall terminals, air tight units, duct seals, ventilation ductworks

·Ideally have specification sales experience via architects, consultants, engineers, housebuilders and local authorities

·Would consider someone with no specification experience if you have HVAC product experience and strong contractors and merchants contacts

·Ideally have good knowledge of roofing products such as: roofing vents, roofline products, fascia, dry verge & ridge, roof drainage systems, roofing accessories

·Able to generate new business relationships in a competitive market place

·Able to comfortably manage a large patch
